The Vintage Bug...

Vintage furniture is a funny thing – some people absolutely adore it and have their homes packed with old pieces, while others would rather eat dry sawdust than have anything second-hand in their properties.
But when it comes down to it, investing in a good piece of vintage furniture can be fantastic idea if you’re disinclined to spend money on replacing big ticket items on a regular basis.
After all, vintage products are likely to have been made to last if they’ve remained sturdy from the moment they were made through to the second you buy them.

If you’re still a bit sniffy about buying used goods, you could compromise and look into furniture that’s been refurbished to look good as new while still retaining that vintage feel.

You don’t have to follow this strategy for all furniture. It makes sense to splash out on large items for durability and quality and hunt for bargains when it comes to on-trend accessories that you’re likely to change fairly frequently.
